Pimple-like inflammation around whiskers

We have a 15 month old female silky terrier. On one side of her face she has what look like pimples or blisters around the small whiskers on her cheak. They seemed like they were getting larger. They are red and appear to be puss filled. What could this be?

Answer
This is most likely some type of skin infection,there is also a condition that is called canine acne-either way you have to go to the vet to get antibiotics

It could also be a cyst,which are fairly common and sometimes have to be removed if they get infected
