Another German Shep Vomitting/Diarrhea

Question
Hi Patt-
I also have a 85lb, 4yr old female Germ Shep who has had occasional vomitting/diarrhea for a few months. She is very active/playful and attached to me. I also have a 2nd dog who she loves but dominates. Her diahrrea and vomitting is about 1x week. She constantly and daily eats grass. She has gas and burps(LIKE A MAN) everyday. I feed her Costco Chicken&Rice dry only(we gradually changed from Lamb&Rice). She was now gradually changed to Natural Choice Sensitive Stomach Formula. NO CHANGE!

She eats slow and normal, drinks lots of water. We've had 2 vet visits and we've tried MED's and boiled chicken w/rice diet. NO CHANGE!

Other then occasional diarrhea, her stool is fine. She usually vomits food. This morning she let out a bright yellow foam loaded with grass.

Before I spend the $$$$ for an ultrasound, I'm wondering if this is part of anxiety/stress or just digestive prob's??? I just wanted your opinion of what may be happening with my little girlie.

Kind Regards

Answer
Hi
My puppy that just came from Germany had been so ill with this he was in hospital for IV's to just surrive. Vet could not find anything but stress, then all the dogs at home here came down with it.
Some still have it now and then and it has been a week of shitting green runs, not eating to eat and be ok.
I think a virus hit them of sorts.  They seem to be getting some better with stools now, not eating as normal though.
Try dog food without WHEAT in it.  So many dog foods contain fillers I think dogs build up allergeries to the junk in it.
I ordered flint river ranch all natural to try.

Kind Regards
Patt
