Hello, Can not get rid of fleas.I have sprayed my yard down with Bayor and put a bag of flea & tick control all over. I wash my dogs repeatedly. After about 2 days. they have fleas again. I bought bottles if that IRG, sprayed everything and put powder down and vacuumed. no fleas in the house but outside. In less than 1 day of treatment it seems like I haven't. Can you help me please?!

Get with your vet. He may want to start with Capstar to clear up the current infestation and then go to a good preventative such as Revolution, Advantage, Frontline, etc. If the IRG doesn't stop the flea eggs from hatching, you will need to retreat as they will keep hatching out until 2 weeks after you killed the last fleas.
