Westie Poo lethargic and vomiting

Hello, our 8 month old Westie Poo had a bout of loose stools yesterday and then vomited this evening.  She is very lathargic and has taken water.  At what point should we be concerned?  We did find a dead squirll in out back yard that she may have chewed on yesterday?  She is current on shots and was spayed two months ago.  Thanks for any feedback.

It's good your dog is still drinking, but don't let her drink too much at a time, as that can cause her already sensitive stomach to become distended, and cause her to vomit more.

Since this has been going on since yesterday, if your dog is still having loose stools and vomiting, and still seems lethargic by tomorrow, it's time to have her examined by your vet. Even though she's up to date on her shots, she may need a booster if she ate or killed a squirrel.
