Internal knots in a 5 week puppy

Just yesterday I noticed that my 5 week old female puppy has 2 knots down near her last 2 tits. Is it hernia's or should I be worried about it? Please help, very concerned! She has already been claimed, what should I do?

These may well be extra nipples, but since the puppies should be examined by a veterinarian and get their first vaccinations before being placed, have him/her check these "knots" out and give you a diagnosis. If they are hernias, the puppy may need surgery before being placed.
