6 month boxer mix acting out of character

hi, i have a 6 month old boxer mix. a few days ago she broke her jaw. she is eating soft food which is watered down, and wearing a muzzle to keep the mouth in place till healed. my question involves the way she has been acting since i brought her home. for the past two days she has slept most of the time, she has peed in the house several times, and her urine is clear, iam wondering why she is acting this way? all she does is sleep and she is house trained so i cant figure out why she would be peeing in the house. if you could help ease my mind a little that would be more than appreciated.

Hi Jeff,

If you just broke your jaw a few days ago, you probably wouldn't be as active as you normally are either.

Your dog is recovering from her injury, not being active is a good thing, you don't want her to re-injure herself. Give your dog more frequent opportunities to go outside to relieve herself. The accidents in your home could be a result of receiving anesthesia.
