Question
Picture of wound
My (nearly) 1 year old German Shepherd, Arastu, has had this weird skin infection since *mid-October*. I live in Pakistan, so healthcare for humans is questionable let alone dogs.
The first vet I took him to tried a round of Augmentin (antibiotic) with no luck. He dressed the wound everyday for a month, put antibiotic creams on it but while the initial wound became smaller, smaller sores appeared on the periphery.
Another vet prescribed Lincoln (antibiotic) and rifix (anti-allergen) as well as some vitamins but his infection is spreading. The second vet has said its a bacterial infection, we live on a farm so Arastu is exposed to a lot of animals (donkeys, porcupines, ducks, etc).
Arastu's behaviour is ok, he is lazier some days than I think is normal and of course with a wound that is not healed and bleeding on a daily basis how can any creature be alright.
What can I do?
Oh also, his sister has none of the symptoms.
AnswerWow - POOR you and your poor dog! Good photo.... I hope you can get the following natural products in your country:
Colloidal Silver - use on the wound and take orally, too.
This article explains the Healing and Natural antibiotic properties of Silver

Probiotics - Acidophilus or others:
I would love to see this doggie kid get onto a good Probiotic for at least 120 Days.
SEE here - this article tells you all about Acidophilus

Silver and Acidophilus should be found in a vitamin or health store.
I am sure you may be able to order products on-line if you can't find them in your general area.
Try my ideas and get back to me in 30 days.
I hope this helps.
It is low cost and not harsh / Natural and safe options.
