Is my dog having a seizure?

Question
I have a 1 year old border collie. Since I've had her she's had about 4 or 5 different times when she appears to be having a seizure, but I'm not really sure. It's always happened when we were outside playing ball. She a has mini soccer ball that she plays with. She will always go get the ball. If she's tired of playing she'll go get it and sit down, but she'll always go get it. However, today I kicked the ball for her and she ran about 10 feet and stopped. She turned around and came back to me and jumped up on me(she usually doesn't do this). Then she started biting my hands. She wasn't biting hard, just opening and closing her mouth around my fingers and knees. I told her to go get the ball and she did go get it and bring it back, but then she just laid down in a sort jerky motion. It's difficult to describe, all I can say is it wasn't normal behavior. It seems like she can't use her back legs for a moment. All of this lasted no more than 30 seconds and she's back up ready for me to kick the ball again.
She's VERY active and never had any health problems before. I've seen her do this same behavior a few times before but because it was over with so quickly I never really thought much of it. I didn't think anything could be wrong with her if she could get right back up and play 30 seconds later.  A seizure had never occurred to me until I saw something that said seizures were more common in border collies.
What do you think?

Answer
Hi Leigh,  Just a reminder, I am not a Vet.
It sounds more like pain and muscle tremors?  I wonder if she is getting some termors in the back legs or hip area?
Sounds very odd and not like seizure activity.
I can help you with some supplements for her joints.
You may want to bring her to the vet for some blood work and a good exam?

Let me know if you want the herbs and supplements for her hips and joints?
