Roundworms

I have a 1 yr old rat terrier/pomeranian and today i noticed he has roundworms. Can I get some safequard de-wormer and give it to him please let me know thanks

Take a stool specimen into your veterinarian for examination as the dog may have more than one kind of parasite, and all wormers do not kill all parasites. He can also give you an appropriate wormer and tell you the proper dosage for your dog's size. Dogs usually need to be wormed 2-3 times over a period of time to eliminate all parasites.
