Questions regarding Two puppies playing

I have a 13 week old yellow lab, and a 11 week old french bulldog living in the same household. i have a question about their play.. everytime they are together all they do is play, like run around and sometimes bite but play biting, the french bulldog is getting alittle scratches on her tummy from the lab, is that ok? also is there a way for the puppies to actually hang out, and not play? because all they do is play play play, is there such thing as puppy chill time, like sitting next to eachother and not being all over eachother? what are some techniques i can use ?

You have two very young dogs.  All they will do is play.  Which is why people don't usually get two the same age.  All dogs play rough.  Unless one is scared,  they are totally fine.  They bite ears and growl,  drag each other around,  but it's all in good fun.
