pet groomer certification

Hi, my name is Martha and my question is: My mother has been a pet groomer for the last four years, she has experience but she doesn't have a certificate or licence, she also doesn's speak english, i was wondering if there is any school where she can go to get her certificate in spanish, or an online course or something that helps her to be certifite and get a better job, thanks for your time and help

I am not going to be a lot of help for this one as I don't speak spanish nor do I know any groomers who do.  What I do know is a bit about certifications.  There are no certifications or licensing requirements to be a groomer.  To my knowledge the only way to beef up your credentials as a groomer is to become a master groomer.  I have never heard of an online course for grooming, I would be very leary of any I did hear of.  Grooming is very hands on.  It's not something you could learn online or in a book so I dont see how you could complete a course in it online.  A great resource for groomers with an entire section on schools as well as many schools that advertise is petgroomer.com.  Hopefully they will have the answers you're looking for.  As far as finding a better job, my personal experience with grooming has been that credentials help get clients in the door.  Incredible customer service is what keeps them there and brings in their friends.   Best of luck to you and your mom!
