geriatric canine diet

I have been cooking for my dog- meet, rice, carrot , brewers yeast diet.  She is a 14 yr old lab and has vesticular syndrome and low growing leukemia. What other commercial dog food diet do you suggest?

Sorry for the late reply.

For a commercial food I would go with Wellness, Innova or Solid Gold. You want to stay away from a lot of fillers and sugar containing foods.

You can also look into a raw diet for her as well. I've included some links about raw diets for you.

I feed both my malinois and lab a natural raw diet and they couldn't be happier or healthier.
