pomeranian-yorkie mix

I have a 4 months old pomeranian-yorkie mix.  What is the lowest temperature I can safely keep him inside the house without turning on the heat? I am providing him with blankets.  Will he seek covers on his own if he can not withstand the cold?

Hello,
 At 4 months old a dog can safely be left at 65 degree house in doors.  Yes providing him with blankets will help if he gets chilly. If you are at home with him you can put a sweater on him.  But if he is left alone don't leave his sweater on.  He may get caught on something and get hurt.
