Jack Russell Terrier aggression and potty issues

Hello Patt,
I have two, two year old JRTs, 1 male & 1 female, who are siblings. Their names are Mickey and Minnie.  Mickey has a little Mickey head on his back, so thats why we named them after little mice.
Anyway, they turned 2 on Thanksgiving but they still would rather use the house to go to the bathroom instead of outside! How do we fix this? We have tried everything, we have caged them during the day, built a kennel for the summer, and gated off half of the house and made routine bathroom trips every half hour or so. But this is the least of our problems...
Mickey is my dog and we are really colse. I started Mickey in agility but we had to stop because he became lame.  He always got along with most people and dogs when he was little but he has become very aggressive towards all other dogs and most people (expecially men). He will even growl at my family in the house when they walk past him and is even worse when I am around.  He has lunged at numerous people and I am afraid that one day he will actually injure somebody. Do you have any suggestions on what we could do? Yelling at him or even using positive reinforcment has not done anything. I need help!

Oh my this is going to be a job for the JR's are hellions I always say, I would not take one as  a gift, no offense, just too hiper and stupid till u pass the block in the brain if one can to train one then u have it made, only if u can pass this block in the brain.

I use only Positive training methods of yelling loudly into their ears and looking into their eyes while doing this and say, NO NO STOP NOW!   Mean what your saying and get angry about it for dogs learn our posture and voice with commands to follow if they are smart enough.

Truthfully this breed stumps me in training for I am most spoiled with the German Shepherd, not because, but have had many breeds I have owned and bred, but the J.R's are totally stupid till u find a way to pass the mental block in their brains if one can at all?"?"??????
Personally if I had this dog I would teach or direct the SIT command when somebody enters or approaches, on leash he must obey or give a hard jerk on the leash and say a firm loud NO NO.

Okay... here's the other way of looking at it: No dog, of any breed should be left alone with any child under the age of seven. Period. I know people do, but serious dog people never would. This is as much for the dog's sake as it is for the childrens' sake.

You do not tell me if you have had dogs before? This is a dog who needs to be a PROJECT under the best of circumstances. She needs lots of quality, quiet time devoted to her while an expert trainer eases her into human life. As i said before... there are thousands of rock steady dogs who will HELP you raise your children.

Here is a good piece of general advice for young mothers: Adopt an older, adult, steady, larger dog. Young children will do much better with such a dog....but the same thing applies about not leaving them alone.

Most good pounds will want a good fit. They might not be happy about getting the dog back, of course, but they would MUCH rather get the dog back sooner while it still has a chance of finding a proper home.

Anyway you look at it this dog needs lots of one on one training. That does means no "Nos", but lots of "good girl" because she is being trained to do the right thing. In other words... she needs lots of positive things happening in her life every day or she will never get better. Not everyone can or needs to handle a dog like this. Consider carefully.

I hope I have given some insight on this dog to teach and have a Leader or Boss in commands of being the Leader of the Pack of two now and get in charge and let this mickey know now that no nonsense is going to be and your going to take charge and teach him right from wrong when he does right pet and praise and let him know how happy you are and when negative let him now by using enforcements above.
