Answer
Hello Jeff,
I have never owned a dog that had Addison's Disease, but I have had several friends that have had dogs that have had Addison's disease and have still lived active and full lives.  The key thing with an Addison's dog is regular check-ups with your Vet and hormorone therapy when necessary.  If you plan on doing any strenious activities with your dog, you may want to let your Vet know first.

There are some references below that have more information on Addisons in dogs.  Feel free to check it out and if you have other questions for me, please feel free to ask.
