what are the small bumps that many poodles have on their nose or muzzle area

Hello Karen,
Most of those are whisker bumps.  They are where the whiskers grow out, but since Poodles are shaved short on their faces, the whiskers never get a chance to grow most of the time.  They are still sensitive though, so the dog may react when these areas are touched.
