maltese skin condition ; grain free foods for maltese dog;

Question
my maltese has little red skin spots that have come up on her belly and her skin appears to be overly pink and her feet are redish in color. What could be causing this and what do we need to do if anything? Also, is it harmful for her to eat small bread pieces as she loves this as a treat.   Thank you.

Hi Barry;  I would lay off of the bread products right now.  HOW about getting a grain-free dog food for this little one.....Innova Evo or Wellness Core have some small bites ( grain-free) foods.
You may also want to bath her in some NuVET hot spot shampoo made with Tea Tree oil...
