black lab sick

Hi, my dog is 14 months old and he is a black lab(purebred). In the last 24 hours he has went from very active, loves to play ball or just play in general, to not eating or drinking or seems he cant even sleep. It seems all his energy and life has been zapped out of him. I did not see him eat anything or get hurt or bit or whatever. I dont know whay to do, please help. This is so not like Beau.

If you have no clue to what happened, it's best to have a vet look at him.  This time of the year, he could have been bitten by an insect/spider or eaten a mushroom.  Even though you think you didn't see anything happen, there is no guarantee that he didn't.  You could wait 24 hours, see if he eliminates normally and bounces back in the AM, then take him to the vet.
