feeding my lab

we just adopted a lab age around year to 2 years he is very active and i would like to know how much i should feed him ? wet food ? dry food ? he enjoys treats and drinks plenty.. I just want to make sure his physical  needs are being met

Typically you can use the side of the bag as a guideline and work from there.  My 2 2 y/o boys eat about 4 cups a day (2 in the AM and 2 in the PM).  I would stick to dry food as that is the easiest to handle, and you can moisten it with some warm water.
