help with lab puppy

i have a 4 month old labrador how much exercise should i give him a week and what is the best food for him?

A 10-15 minute walk every morning should be fine.  I reccomend Blue buffalo, Nutreance, technical, pro plan, Authority from petsmart stores, Whatever you feed be sure its got full meat in the first three ingredients like chicken/lamb/beef or fish not chicken by prodcut meal these are scraps not used for humans like necks/head/feet/ hooves inthe case of beef/pork...discusting things. Get a large breed puppy formula also.
