about dog rash

sir i have a labrador bitch puppy of two months from last 7 days she is suffering from rash she got wound on her body her wound s are full of water and they also start bleeding i took her to many doctors but no result plz plz if ther is any good medicine or injection plz plz tell me i am from india so plz plz tell me those medicine which easily avaliable in india state punjab i am realy in tension so plz plz reply me soon if u have any solution thank you very much sir.

It sounds like she needs antibiotics.  They are only available here through doctors.  You could try opening the wounds and cleaning them with hydrogen peroxide.  It is commonly available here as a 3% solution.  Then apply an antibiotic cream.  There are sold here as Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic.  

Your question is difficult for me to answer because good medical care is widely available here.  I usually advise people to go to a professional as I do when my dogs need care.  I can't say what I suggested will work, but am trying to give you the best advice I can.
