i would like to know if my Siberian will ever be able to come back in my house  my house burnt down and i had someone watching her cause i was in a hotel for 8 weeks and when i finally brought her home she just messes

I don't know if I am reading this properly, but here it goes. You will have to potty train her all over again just like you would a brand new puppy. Clean any spots she leaves with vinegar (works better then any enzyme remover and way cheaper). If you don't know how to potty train, just ask!
