golden retriever not eating

about 3 days ago i noticed my dog not eating his food and getting really sleepy and stays in the corner of the yard then i found yellow vomit in the yard he seem really sick so i took him to the vet they did nothing just wanted to do x-rays of his stomach rather then checking his blood for a virus he still is sick and vomiting i have no money what should i do?

Goldens, especially young ones are prone to bolting down things they can't digest or pass.  Likely that is why the vet wanted to X-ray the stomach.  You could try to find a low cost clinic or teaching hospital.  If not, you will just have to hope he recovers on his own.
