Need help with puppy;

Question
Hey, we go a new puppy,golden retriever, a couple of months ago and she been great. We only have two problem with her. 1. She jumps up on us and continue to hang on to us even though we try to walk away. 2. Lucky, the dog, would bite our clothes. We have try many method to make her stop such as pining her to the ground and holding her there until she calms down. These method is just not working. I love her and really want this to work out.Please give me some tips soon
