Feeding Schedule

I have a 12week old German Shephard puppy(female). What are good times to feed her? I'm having a problem with her pooping early in the morning about 5:30AM. I feed her at 7:30AM, 12noon and 5:30PM. She will relieve herself doing the day,but takes hours after eating. After last feeding, she does poop until 5:30am.

I would feed her or I do mine at 9 a.m, 1 p.m, and 4 last feed.  Lift the water bowel at six, no more and let out at 11 p.m.  She should soon start to hold it as mine do at this age for customers.  I am told, since I have yet to get to raise one of my puppies yet, all sell so fast, that the pups house break in few days to go to the door, then they hold it fairly fast all night long in a crate by their bed.
Try this schedule, no treats at night just toys.  See if this works better and it might take her longer than some to learn control.
