feeding 9 month german shepard

Question
Is it okay to feed her once a day five cups in the morning.  I just started two weeks ago doig this.  I used to feed her morning and dinner.

No problem any time after 6 months.  Continuing even a large breed puppy chow can be a problem.  They are carefully formulated for the fastest possible growth.  Unfortunately, that leads to excess stress on developing joints and even hip dysplasia.  The biggest factor in avoiding joint problems after genetics is a less rich diet as a puppy.  Unlike Labs, Shepherds usually won't eat enough to add over weight to the problem.
