I have a 3 months old female German shepherd, she is only 10.5 pounds, she seams very health and playful, is this normal?

Answer
That sounds way too light.  Some dogs just end much smaller than they should.  What does the vet say?  If her ribs don't show or at least no more than a little, there may not be much you can do.  If she is all skin and bones, you should take her to the vet if she won't eat any more.
