GSD feeding

Question
Hi i was just wondering can i just pour the food my German shepherd doesn't eat back into the bag or else should i through it away? i don't want to give my dog any infection.

If it is a dry food that hasn't set out long, I see no problem with it.  Shepherds tend to be light eaters.  The best thing is to take up uneaten food after 15 minutes.  As long as you are feeding a concentrated meat based food and the ribs don't show too much, leave well enough alone.  Many Shepherds insist on keeping themselves leaner than the idea presented at http://www.longliveyourdog.com/twoplus/RateYourDog.aspx
