Question
I have two female poms the are from the same litter. I am crate training the both and they both have their own crate.  One is being really good with holding it in when she has to go to the bathroom but the other one poops and pees inside the crate.  I am away from the house during work for about 8 hrs and i know it's a long time for puppies and i have to understand that they can't always hold it in that long.  Is there anything in specific i can do to help her hold it in.     I take both of them out and let them roam around the house while i'm home and when she pees in the house i will dicipline her and take her right outside.  My only problem is when she is in the crate. I know they aren't supposed to poop in pee in there knowing that's their sleeping area.  So is there a way i can stop her from doing it?

Answer
3 months is too young to expect crate training.  They really don't have the bladder or bowel size to hold for long periods or the sensation response to KNOW to hold it.  When they gotta go, they go.  If they do learn earlier it is a fun blessing but not the nor.  You can try keeping them in a bathroom with a litter box filled with newspaper pellets or wood stove pellets.  You could also try using pee pads and a bigger crate so she can go but on that.  8 hours is too long to hold it.
