Skin dry patches

Question
We just got a 1 year old English bulldog and she is fantastic but she still has some patches of very dry skin with missing hair in those spots.  When we got her they had her on hydroxyzine pamoate and we still have some left that we give her twice a day but Martini still has lots of almost bald patches.  Is there more we can be doing for her, it doesn't seem to itch or bother her.  thanks Darcy

Hydroxyzine pamoate is for allergies.  I suggest that you have your vet take a skin scrape to see if there is any other reason for the dry skin.

If it is something else (not allergies), you do not want to keep treating for allergies.
