Hi Terry...

She may have senior incontinence.  You'll want to have her checked by her vet.  He/she will most likely as you more in depth questions and take a urine sample.  :)  If that's what it is, it's not a big deal.  The medication, when I had to utilize it a few years ago, was about $15 a month...I'm sure it's not gone up too awfully much more than that.

It could also just be that she can't hold it as well as she used to and not be true incontinence.  If that's the case, you'll do well to put her on an hourly potty schedule.  :)  My girl is also 10 and can no longer make it through the night when I'm at work.  :(
