Female boxer aggression

My 6yr female boxer has become extremely aggressive towards other female injuring her this has never happened before and the female shes attacking is very submissive.  I have to try to separate them and I have gotten injured myself.  I also have children and am very worried please help.  The boxer was injured before I rescued her but I don't see any signs of pain from her.  What can I do?  I feel if nothing medically wrong I'm left with only one choose
