Litter box problem

Hello.
My cat uses the litter box, but doesn't cover up what she does.  She is an declawed female about five years old.  We had a vet check her out and he expressed her anal gland.  We are starting to use different types of litter to see if that will help.  We keep the box very clean and clean it several times a day.  It is in a quiet part of the house too.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

some cats just wont cover it up. you could try catching her in the box and taking her paw in your hand and showing her how to cover it up, but that probably wont work. some cats are just not as neat as others and dont cover it up. its really nothing to worry about.
