throwing up but sick looking....

Hi,

I have had this cat since birth, 11 months, his name is Bobeau, he's a Domestic short hair, both an indoor and outdoor cat.
But just recently or say this week, we have notice vomit on the floor in the house and too outside and but just didn't know which cat was the one throwing up, but not until last night in my parents room, on the bed. Then we knew who it was, it was Bobeau.
My brothers notice that he's kind of losing weight, he not as big as before, well to say he is big then all his siblings but slowly not anymore.
Now, Today, he is not as active, he barely opoens his eye.

Help me...let me know.

Your best bet is going to be to take him in to the vet.  Since he is losing weight and he has become lethargic, you really should have a vet evaluate him.  If he has never been tested for feline leukemia and FIV I would definitely recommend that as well since he goes outside.  Hopefully it is nothing serious but there is no way to tell without having him seen.  They may want to run blood work as well to check his liver and kidney values as well as white and red blood cell count to check for infection.  I hope he gets better.
