Hairloss

My cat has lost almost all of her hair she has some stubble and the lengthy part of hair she does have is on her face around her neck and just behind her head. She is constantly grooming herself what is wrong with her? Will her hair ever grow back?  People are teasing her saying that she looks anorexic but she's a very slim/lean cat to begin with so now with little/no hair she looks real skinny. I know she's healthy so I laugh and tell people she's got an O.C.L.D= Obsessive, Compulsive, Licking Disorder. Could it be something else?

Ok this is a very serious condition not a laughing matter, there's nothing I can do to help you as their can be many kinds of diseases or causes why this is happening the best advice I can give you is if you love your cat please call the vet ASAP and make an appointment to see him make sure you get the closest appointment.
