Kitten Meowing a lot.

Hello. I am a new cat owner. We found some Kittens outside and decided to take them in. I have found the other two homes and I am keeping the one. It is a male, I have only had him for a couple of days, without the other ones. He constantly meows, is this normal?

It can be.  Just like people, some cats are more talkative than others.  It could also mean he is hungry, thirsty, wants attention, or is not felling well.  If he is eating and drinking ok, has no diarrhea or vomiting, and is playful, then I would be inclined to believe that he is just talking to you.
