cat bath

Question
how often, if ever, do you have to give a cat a bath?  i have a 3 month old and he doesn't like the water, but he doesn't scratch me or anything, so my safety is not at risk.

Your cat will eventually need a bath.  I bathe my cats about once every three months or so because just like people, their hair does get oily and gross.  

It is a good idea to get your kitten used to baths while he is still young so he doesnt flip out and go insane on you when you really do need to give him one but he was never introduced to them.
