hi my name is marcia and i was wondering why my cat has scabs on her ear and through her body and she has fleas as well can you help me on how i can make my cat not itch anymore and what does she have?

The problem that is causing the scabs are the fleas.  Fleas bite and suck the cats blood, leaving little itchy marks that will scab up.  They are nothing more than flea bites.  To get rid of the scabs and the itching you need to get rid of the fleas.  I suggest you use something called Advantage or Revolution.  They are flea products that get rid of the fleas and also protect your pet from getting any more fleas for some time.
