water dispenser for persian cat

Hello, I have a persian female who when she drinks water soaks her chin and the sides of her face.  When she finished she drips water all over or shakes the water off, again all over.  Is there a water dispenser that will help prevent this?  Thank you.

Many Persian breeders use those water bottles that are used for hamsters and the like. Cats can easily learn to drink from these.  They are a squarish vertical glass bottle with a metal elbow shaped metal tube coming down from the bottom.

BTW, another trick to keep their faces fairly clean is to use a coffee filter as a bib when they eat and when they travel.
