Same Litter Cats

Do cats born from the same litter know they are related? And if so, do they still remember each other even though they have not seen one another for a few months?

No, most kittens from the same litter do not remember each other or that they are related after being apart for a few months.  Every once in a while, if they have lived together for a year or two, they may remember each other after a few months.
