My cat moving her kittens

Question
my cat lucy just a couple of days ago had six kittens, she had them on my bed and it was quite sudden, we decided to move them from my bed because i was having to sleep in a bed with my sister but lucy seems to be quite unsettled and cant seem to stay put. She moved one of the kittens to my sisters bedroom where i was sleeping but i moved him back and put a softer blanket down for them all to rest on, is there a reason for this and is there anything i can do to help settle her?

Answer
Hi Sabrina,

It seems she thinks the kittens are safest around you. She moved them to you bed because your scent is strongest there. When you went to your sister's room she followed you. Stay in your room and have the kittens close by. Make sure she knows you are there. She will settle down with her kittens then. Good luck.
