Hi my cousin has a boy cat named Earl he has been peeing blood and she doesn't know what to do, or if he has something? She doesn't even dare to let him in the house.. Please write back and give me your advice.. Thank you

He needs to see a vet IMMEDIATELY. He has a serious urinary tract infection that must be treated immediately. THIS IS AN EMERGENCY SO PLEASE SEE YOUR VET IMMEDIATELY.
