sweet things

Question
I know cats can not taste sweet things but my cat is weird I can understand why she likes yogurt and ice cream and turkey gravy because they are either dairy or they have been soaked with cooked meat but my cat also likes canned peaches and canned mandarin oranges she also drinks my moms coke sometimes it is diluted which I can understand but sometimes it's not I'm just curios

I think some cats are just less picky than others about what they eat.  I have 1 cat who will only eat cat food, another who likes salty human food, most of them will eat ice cream.  And Cinnamon is part goat and will eat anything--especially if it comes from Panera Bread!!  As long as the food is healthy (some cooked meats and others are not) I wouldn't worry about it.  But I would check the internet for a list of things cats should never eat and that are poisonous to them.
