QuestionMy cat will be a year old in Feb. she has never been outside and hasn't been exposed to any other cats except her sister. She hasn't been spayed or neutered. She has recently developed 4 lumps under her belly about the size of lemons. I am very concerned. Do you know what this could be? She's acting normal.
AnswerIts possible she has developed some mammary tumors. Sometimes cats can get lipomas, which are general benign fatty tumors, but that is not common in young cats. I would definitely recommend taking her to your vet for a physical. They can also aspirate those lumps at that time to look at the cells they get from them and tell you exactly what is going on.
