Behavior problem

My 5 year old Ragdoll has started, pooping on the beds and on the floor. what could possibly be causeing this  Help

Have you brought another cat into the home? Another person?
Has anything changed in the household that would be affecting the cat?
Have you moved the furniture, moved your cats' sleeping area?
If not, it may be a bowel disorder, and if it continues, you must take the cat to a vet for further examination.
I cannot even venture a guess based on the small amount of information you have provided.
