Question
Hey,
We have 2 male cats at our house. Both you the litter box to poop, but the persian cat doesnt use it to go pee. What could cause this? He pees everywhere else on the floor.

You may also want to place some Wee Wee pads under the litter box - 2 of them ...
Get a 2nd litter box - place them near each other-

Hi Natalie, How about getting 2 litter boxes.  Many times a 2nd litter box will do the trick!
Also, you may want to check the Persian for a urinary infection?  Sometimes they will refuse to use the litter box when they have stress and swelling in the ureters.
Make sure you cat is getting some fresh water each day.
Also, give some WET cat food besides the dry cat food.
WET cat food will give him the x-tra water that he needs to prevent infections.
