dry nose,bad people foods

Question
My dog is ususlly very lively,
but today his nose is dry and he is lethargic,seems tired although he did run around for a little while today he has been sleeping more than normal for him,
also is there a list of foods that he should definately not eat I know he should only eat dog food but sometimes he gets a hold of something he should'nt.I think he ate a banana he left the peel though!

There may be numerous reasons why your dog seems lethargic. It may be caused by a metabolic disease, parasites, viral diseases or just heat, etc. So if the situation persists I would advise a trip to your veterinarian.

About the list of foods to avoid, I have listed some of them below:

Alcoholic beverages
Bones from fish, poultry, or other meat sources
Chocolate, coffee, tea
Onions and garlic (raw, cooked, or powder) (Contain sulfoxides and disulfides, which can damage red blood cells and cause anemia.)
Raw eggs  
Raw fish
Sugary foods
Seeds of fruits (can cause obstruction in the intestines)
