Sleeping with pets

Question
My wife likes to sleep with our pet dog [a Yorkie]
and sees no harm in this. My opinion is that it is
unsanitary as well as unhealthy. I would prefer that
"Jo-Jo" sleeps in her own bed! What is an expert's
opinion?

Ralph, If your Yorkie is clean ( wash a few time per week) in a oatmeal doggie shampoo....
Also, she doesn't pee in the bed or leak...
Then, it is fine to have her in the bed.

Now, if she leaks urine or has alleries and scratching, then I wouldn't have her in the bed.

It is just my opinion...YOU can ask another expert here on the site.
