puppy with green mucus coming from the eyes

I have 9 week old puppy that just started to get this green mucus coming her eyes plus everytime she gets up she is vomitting clear fluid i notice that she has roundworms which i am going to get her treated for could this be causing this or is it parvo

Parvo almost always has bloody, smelly diarrhea involved with it. Green mucous can be from many things, but puppies with distemper definitely get it.
I am not saying she has distemper but that is a possibility. She could be vomiting from the worms if she is full of them. It is really hard to say.

Your best bet is to get her into a vets right away on Monday morning. She needs care really soon or she will go downhill fast.
Puppies do not have a lot of reserve for illnesses.
Please let me know how she is after the vet sees her. If she is okay be sure to get her on heartworm prevention too along with her vaccinations.
