Dog eyelid spots

Hi,
My dog has a couple of white spots on her eyelids. First it was only on one eye but now she has it on both eyelids. It looks like skin is peeling off (it looks pink). My vet is quite ways away therefore i am not sure if it is worth it driving to see him or if it is going to go away on its own. (I also have a cat and think that maybe the cat  scratched her but the spots are too circular and there is no scab.)

Main concern would be ringworm or demodectic mange. You did not state age or breed but these would be the two most common things.
You also didn't state if the hair was missing but I guessing it must be if they are white.

A skin scraping and exam is warranted by a veterinarian. Ringworm is contagious to you, demodectic mange is not. But scabies, another type of mange, is.
